Ideally, we like to have a quick consultation on the morning of the job to explain how we work and what will be achieved. If you cannot be there on the day, no problem; this can be done in advance on the phone/zoom.
We require approximately 2 hours with the client for wardrobe detoxes. This generally takes place mid-morning once we have categorised your clothing, making this process much quicker for the client.

Absolutely not! We work with you throughout the decluttering process to ensure you only part with items you no longer use, need, or love. While we may suggest storing sentimental items separately from your everyday belongings, we will never discard anything you don’t want us to.

We offer options for disposing of items responsibly - whether it’s selling, donating to charity, or recycling. After your job is complete, we’ll leave your home spotless and remove anything you no longer need.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take away general rubbish, but we can arrange a collection if needed.
